The Office of University Advancement supports Texas Southern University through its fundraising, constituent management, public relations communications programs and initiatives.

University Advancement includes the Offices of Development, the Office of Alumni Relations and Special Events, and the 90.9 KTSU Radio Station.

The Jesse H. Jones School of Business (JHJ) at Texas Southern University was founded in 1955 to service an increasing student interest in business in the City of Houston. Today, JHJ School is on the forefront of business schools, providing cutting-edge, innovate programming to business students from all over the world. Named as one of the "Best 300 Business Schools" by the Princeton Review, Texas Southern University’s Jesse H. Jones School of Business is accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International, the hallmark of accrediting agencies for business schools worldwide.

The online Executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) Program is a two year program uniquely designed to meet the challenging needs of mid-career professionals who wish to pursue an MBA degree with the least possible disruption to their professional and personal lives. The program is offered online and combines the advanced business concepts of a Master of Business Administration curriculum and prepares candidates to lead and manage organizations in the private and energy sector.

The Texas Southern University Sports Hall of Fame is an organization founded to promote a program of recognition for great athletes, coaches and supporters of the University Athletic Program. The organization works cooperatively with, and provides leadership for the administration of the University in a realization of basic beliefs and for improving the programs of intercollegiate athletics. The hope of the University is that the honorees will serve to keep alive the memories of the men and women who have brought fame and recognition to the University, City, State and Nation.

The University Museum at Texas Southern University was founded in the year 2000. Its mission is to exhibit both past and present art and artifacts, the vast collections of Texas Southern University and to provide programming and events to support the arts in the City of Houston and surrounding areas. The museum has hosted a variety of programming that serves this community and the world. The University Museum has established itself as an authority on art from the African American legacies such as Dr. John Biggers and others of the vast African Diaspora.

(TSUNAA) is to foster, promote, explore, and advance new and innovative programs that will enhance the career opportunities, life goals, and overall well-being of the students at, and from, the Jesse H. Jones School of Business at Texas Southern University.
